BEIJING - Chinese authorities have closed the websites and social media accounts of 14 illegal social organizations with the assistance of internet companies such as Sina and Tencent, the Ministry of Civil Affairs said Friday.

北京消息：民政部周五表示，在新浪、腾讯公司支持下，中国有关部门依法关停14家非法社会组织的网站及其社交媒体账号。

【讲解】

illegal social organizations是非法社会组织；social media accounts是社交媒体账号。
从名称判断（judging by their names），被关停组织基本致力于农业、数字产业（digital industry）、体育、动物保护（animal welfare）、疾病预防（disease prevention）和文化交流（cultural communications）等领域。
民政部对非法社会组织“零容忍”（zero tolerance），下一步将继续保持打击力度（continue the crackdown）。
今年4月份，民政部依法对9家非法社会组织网站及其开办的微信公众号、微博账号予以关停（shut down）。
民政部敦促所有社会组织（social organizations）进行合法登记（formally register）。
截至目前，共登记（registered）社会组织83.6万个。
