8月9日，在土耳其安纳托利亚高原坎加尔的一处温泉浴场，皮肤病患者正在接受水疗。富含矿物质的温泉据说有治疗皮肤病的功效，温泉中还有小型鱼类，会吞食患病的皮肤。

On Angust 9th, in a spa at Turkey's Anatolian plateau KangAl, patients with skin diseases are receiving water treatment. It is said that hot springs with minerals can treat skin diseases. Also ,there are small fish in the spa, which would eat the ill skin.

治疗时，先让患者泡温泉浴，待把皮肤泡软后，一种学名为“Garra rufa obtusa”小鱼可以将患病的皮肤组织吃掉。

During the treatment, the patient is asked to stay in the hot spring spa and let the fish named “Garra rufa obtusa”to eat his ill skin

而富含矿物质硒的泉水，则有利于患者的伤口愈合。

坎加尔的温泉的这一特点最早是附近村子里的人在19世纪初注意到的。1900年，人们在那里建了温泉浴池，1963年开始对外开放。

This kind of hot spring spa can be dated back to the 19th century, when the first spa was built and it was opened to the public in 1963.
