My current boss is very receptive to new business ideas and creative ways to develop business,

so I wrote up a proposal to show up how to get into a new line of business.

She liked the idea and told me to come up with specific plans to implement the new business.

她对我的计划相当感兴趣，并让我提出具体的实施方案。

So I did and it was successfully implemented by our unit.

于是我遵从指示提出方案，并且由我们部门成功的实施了。

被问及这个问题时，应该没有人会回答“No”,但是单单回答“Yes”就结束也不妥，有必要再举出自己是self-starter的实例。如果没有实例经验，则可举校园生活或者社团活动的例子。
