调控政策发力 年50城住宅成交下降

New home transactions in 50 Chinese cities declined 18% year-on-year in 2017 amid tough government measures to rein in speculation, a survey showed.

一项调查显示,由于政府为遏制投机行为采取强硬措施,2017年我国50个城市的新建住宅成交量同比下降18%。

Transaction volume of new commercial residential housing decreased for the 10th consecutive month in December 2017, which was down 13% year-on-year to 27.37 million sq m, according to statistics compiled by E-house China R&D Institute.

易居房地产研究院编纂的统计数据显示,2017年12月,新建商品住宅成交量同比下降13%至2737万平方米,连续10个月下跌。

Among major Chinese cities, new home transactions in Beijing and Shanghai slumped 38% and 28% in December, respectively, compared with the same period in 2016.

在国内大城市中,北京和上海12月的新建住宅成交量较2016年同期分别大幅下跌了38%和28%。

"This has reflected a cooling trend in the market," said Lai Qin, researcher with the institute.

China's property market has cooled as home prices have faltered or posted slower growth in major cities amid government policies to curb speculation.

因抑制投机的政府政策,主要城市的房价出现下跌或增长放缓,因此中国房地产的市场已经有所降温。

Real estate investment in China rose 7.5 percent year-on-year during January-November of 2017, down from 7.8 percent in the first 10 months, official data showed.

官方数据显示,2017年1-11月份,中国房地产投资同比增长7.5%,相比1-10月份的7.8%有所下降。

Lai said local governments are expected to hold property policies stable and consistent, which could lead to a further decline in home transactions in January.

赖勤表示,预计地方政府将保持楼市政策的稳定性和连续性,这将使得1月的住宅成交量进一步下降。
